Rental Policy Information
Rental Service
We know your event is very important to you. We want to make your experience with us a wonderful one. Please feel free to call or visit our showroom for ideas, advice and assistance in planning your event.
Reservations
We recommend that you reserve as early as possible. We ask for a 25% deposit at the time you place your reservation. This deposit is nonrefundable.
Delivery
Delivery is available for all party rentals. Delivery charges are based on the distance to the location and size of the order. Additional charges will apply for other than first floor deliveries. Delivery does not include setup, however setup is offered for an additional fee. Arrangements for setup and/or take down must be made in advance.
Pickup
All china, flatware, glassware, etc., should be rinsed free of food and repacked in the same containers as they were packaged in. Linens should be shaken and dry to prevent staining and mildew. Tables and chairs should be folded and stacked. All items should be accounted for and be in the same place they were delivered to. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to addition fees.
Loss or Damage
Responsibility for equipment remains with the renter until the return to Gaston Rentals' premises. Gaston Rentals does offer a Rental Equipment Protection Plan (REPP). This REPP limits your exposure for equipment that is damaged or stolen while in your possession. Theft coverage has a $1,500.00 deductible. For a full description of the plan, we offer a seperate brochure. Ask for one at any of our sales counters. The fee for the REPP is 12% of the rental charge. A certificate of insurance is required to exempt a customer from this fee. Certain specific party items are excluded from this plan and therefore are exempt from this fee.
